Hi! 

I’m Angela, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) + Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor in SE Michigan who considers eating well + a good relationship with food essential aspects of self-care.

I help women ditch rigid food and exercise rules and body shame to uncover their unique path to authentic health.

I believe:

  • Everybody deserves respect and a peaceful relationship with food.

  • Why we eat is just as important as what we eat.

  • Life is too short to eat food you don’t love.

  • You are the expert on your own body.

My mission is to help you identify your values around your health and food choices so we can work together on a plan that enhances your health, improves your relationship with food, exercise, and your body, and is enjoyable and sustainable for you!

I take a weight-inclusive approach that looks at you as a whole person, not a number on the scale. We will focus on finding sustainable health practices that work for you so you can enjoy a lifetime of better health.
